North West property lettings
NSW Properties are a family owned letting agency based in Ormskirk, Lancashire. They offer houses to rent for both students & private tenants. They also offer a property management service for landlords across the North West. Currently they have properties in Ormskirk, Burscough, St Helens, Liverpool & Warrington.
In addition to the above, they also offer commercial property services, interior design advice and property maintenance.
When NSW approached Mayfly to design their property website, they had strong ideas of what they wanted. The Mayfly designers came up with a couple of concepts that ticked almost all of the boxes straight away. After a couple of slight amends, the site was then built, and finished on time. It comes with a property search, and each property page has some great features such as location of the property and markers showing the proximity to the University (for Student Searches), pdf property download etc.
The site, like all Mayfly sites, comes with a CMS that allows NSW to add properties as and when they become available, as well as change or add/remove content.
