Paid Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced & talented Paid Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis to execute all paid media activities for our diverse range of clients.

Our clients operate on a wide range of monthly budgets starting from £1200 per month, so applicants must prove they can deliver on small and large-scale campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for a freelance marketer looking for the stability of a permanent contract with the flexibility to continue working independently.

We also offer flexible work hours to all staff, allowing you to fit out of work commitments around your role.

  • Part-Time, Permanent
  • £17,000-£21,000.00 per year, dependent on experience
  • 22.5 hours per week over 3 or 4 days
  • Flexible schedule – work between 7am to 6pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of this role, you will be responsible for all paid media campaigns across our broad range of clients.

  • Managing multiple paid media accounts across a range of sectors with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram.
  • Be able to build an understanding of each client and their target audiences
  • Create captivating content across a range of platforms
  • Develop paid media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms with the aim of increasing brand awareness, leads and engagement
  • Providing insight and analysis into account performance and highlighting areas for optimisation
  • Analyse the needs of the company’s paid strategy and offer monthly reports to the clients, outlining any necessary changes needed
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
  • Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of proven paid media management experience
  • Essential: Google Certified experience with Google Ads, Shopping Ads and YouTube Ads experience
  • Desired: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok Ads experience
  • Understanding of landing page structures and best practices
  • Wider commercial knowledge of how paid media contributes to business goals
  • Ability to write captivating headlines and creative copy
  • Experience of running multiple paid campaigns
  • Strong planning skills; with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns at one time
  • Great communication skills in order to liaise with clients, work within the team
  • Must be able to work to deadlines
  • An ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively
