RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of this role, you will be responsible for all paid media campaigns across our broad range of clients.
- Managing multiple paid media accounts across a range of sectors with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram.
- Be able to build an understanding of each client and their target audiences
- Create captivating content across a range of platforms
- Develop paid media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms with the aim of increasing brand awareness, leads and engagement
- Providing insight and analysis into account performance and highlighting areas for optimisation
- Analyse the needs of the company’s paid strategy and offer monthly reports to the clients, outlining any necessary changes needed
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of proven paid media management experience
- Essential: Google Certified experience with Google Ads, Shopping Ads and YouTube Ads experience
- Desired: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok Ads experience
- Understanding of landing page structures and best practices
- Wider commercial knowledge of how paid media contributes to business goals
- Ability to write captivating headlines and creative copy
- Experience of running multiple paid campaigns
- Strong planning skills; with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns at one time
- Great communication skills in order to liaise with clients, work within the team
- Must be able to work to deadlines
- An ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- The ability to think strategically and creatively
